After joining the waiting list, you’ll have a few days to decide whether you’d like to proceed. 

Once confirmed, you’ll remain on the list until it’s your turn.

You’ll be notified shortly before your project starts.

When it’s your turn, your project will move into the active stage (Serving list).

The waiting list can range from two weeks to over one month, depending on the type and volume of projects in queue. You can view the current waiting list status above for the most up-to-date information.

Rush delivery is available. Instead of moving you up the waiting list, your project will move straight into the active stage (Serving list) and begin right away.

Rush delivery projects may slightly affect the estimated waiting time for those on the regular waiting list.  Therefore rush delivery spots are limited to make sure each project gets the time and attention it needs and that people on the waiting list ... complete for me

Once your project has started, the average turnaround time is from 2 weeks to one month, depending on the scope of the project and revisions made.
