Step 1: Request a Return
Fill out the form with your order details, reason for return/exchange, and your preferred solution (refund, replacement, or exchange). Please note. Some services may receive partial or no refunds. Refer to our Return policy in our Terms and conditions page for full details on eligibility, processing times, and conditions.
Step 2: Await Instructions
Once we receive your request, we’ll provide instructions on how to send back your item.
Step 3: Process Your Return/Exchange
After we receive your returned item, we’ll process your refund or send your replacement according to our Refund Policy.
Additional Notes:
Physical Items must be returned in original condition.
Shipping costs may apply, depending on the reason for the return.

Step 1: Submit a Cancellation Request
Fill out the cancellation form with your details. Include your full name and membership ID.
Step 2: Review Period
We will review your request and confirm whether it falls within the cancellation terms (before or after renewal date).
Step 3: Cancellation Confirmation
If the cancellation is approved, your membership will end on the date of cancellation or end of billing period. If your cancellation request is submitted before the renewal date, it will be processed successfully. Any charged amount will be refunded. If submitted after the renewal date, cancellation may not be possible.
